I had booked a room for 4 adults. Online the room stated a king bed with sofa sleeper and free roll always at their location. When we got to our room there was only a king bed and the manager that check us in said THIS LOCATION HAS NO ROLL AWAYS. It was awful. We tried to cancel our reservation- that’s when the other clerk gave us the room we actually ordered. Very unimpressed.

Upon checkin we arrived 15 min early. Went to check in at from desk & told room was not ready. Staff had major attitude when they told me the room will be ready at 4pm. I said ok & then asked about parking. Staff still had attitude & I had to pull answers out of them so I knew where & how to park. It was so annoying. Arrived back at 4pm & room was not ready. Still attitude from front desk when they told me house keeping was behind. I just said ok & walked out. Finally was able to check in around 16:15 when I went back to see if room was ready. We only stayed one night. I though I had left my dop kit bathroom bag in the bathroom. I realized this after checkout. I called them & the transferred me to the housekeeping supervisor. She told me she would check on it & call me back. Long story short- I found my bag that my wife had packed buried in our car. None the less never received a call back from house keeping. She could obviously care less. Never staying at this place again. Do better screening your employees & team members Hampton Inn!

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I love how it is so convenient for me! Bourbon was only a 8 minute walk and everything was so close together. The workers at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The only thing I didn’t like was the chef attitude towards me.. It had taken me at least 4 times to ask her was she bringing out any grits and it was only 9:10 when there were at least 25 guest coming down for breakfast as well wanting the same thing. I honestly hate that I had to get close enough to her to ask her the same question several times just so she could hear me. Have do better with treating the guest with respect .. other than that I enjoyed my stay just wish the chef was more polite about the situation.

Fatal el desempeño del personal ,, especialmente El Sr ANTOINE ( hombre gay de color con el pelo de rastas,, para que Uds lo puedan identificar ) ,,, jamás me volvería a quedar en esta propiedad ,, de hecho quisiera poner una QUEJA ante este Sr antoine,, no me quiso hacer válida mi reserva de Uds,, me hizo pagar una tarifa más alta,, fatal fatal la actitud de este Sr ,, espero que Uds puedan hacer algo al respecto !!!!
