The room had a musky odor. The corridor to the patuonwas covered by a giagiant tarp. So as you came out of the room that what you saw. No couch to seat in. Room was spacious. Bathroom a bit dated. Reception was friendly.

The restaurant was closed both days. The parking lot across the street is valet at $50. It took 40 minutes to get our car. There isn't a lot going on around there

Our original room was a bit stale and pleasant due to moldy smell which probably was a result of windows not being able to open up but when we went down to change rooms we got a balcony room and the it was GREAT. The hotel is located on one of the intersections of Bourbon providing a bit of the action but also a chance to be away and sleep. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming and accommodating and so I’d stay here again and again for sure.

The property was very well situated in the French quarter right around the corner from Bourbon St.boit was surprisingly quiet. The staff was lovely. The hotel was a tad dated and could use a sprucing up but not so much that it becomes bland or lackluster. Loved the courtyard. I stayed at the Wyndham but for ambiance, I chose Hotel Marazin

Mazarin is a nice place with a very NOLA feel, situated right near all the action and within walking distance of everything you want to see in the Big Easy. Offers parking, but it's kind of expensive, has all the amenities, but breakfast isnt free, and the facilities are a bit dated and starting to show their age. For the price, and location, it's totally worth it. I'd do it again.
