Room very dirty. Damp and mildew in the room . So damp clothes felt damp after hanging for the day . Vents were rusted from damp room and mildew. Asked to speak to manager 2 days with no response.

The bed was comfortable. The key pad on the door hardly worked. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and the cook was super friendly!! I’d stay again just for the breakfast!!

The hotel is poorly maintained and has general dirt and could do with a coat of fresh paint. The rooms are expensive in comparison to other hotels that have better quality. While we were leaving two of the cleaning staff were have an argument that requires a supervisor to stand and deal with it. The breakfast was burned and of such poor quality we watched others try the cereal. All in all this is a waste of money.

Virginia did a great job with the breakfast everyday and kept that place spotless. The Krisha was so nice and took time to help us fax something needed for our house purchase. All the staff was very nice.

If you want bed bugs and mold for a hotel. Avoid this place by any means and Expedia is refusing to refund us although it was prepaid for 3 nights and we could only stay a night due to begs and mold. Do not in any form or shape use Expedia they are all about taking and nothing else

Manager dropped the ball completely. The Expedia digital payment card didn’t work so she charged my debit card (without my knowledge or agreement) for the room stay after I already paid through Expedia. And that was after making me stand at the counter for at least 40 minutes past 9 pm at night. Will probably never stay at a holiday inn again. If something doesn’t work between holiday inn and Expedia, don’t dump it on the customers head to handle. Very unprofessional.
