I wanted to give a better rating but my booking was thru a 3rd party and I was charged $605 after already paying for the room. Now I’m waiting patiently for it to be put back on my card! It was convenient with getting to casinos and surrounding areas.

This property is advertised as being near the convention center. It is not. If you are in Hall J in convention center it is a 20 minute walk. The hotel is also quite crowded and restaurant just okay. Area is nice otherwise.

Wish we would have been given fresh towels
The first day we had our privacy hanger on the door and enjoyed being in the room while my daughter was there for a choir concert rehearsal the second day we were out and about and not in our room and remove the privacy hanger, and I guess we were hopeful that we would actual have our room clean without asking and fresh towels however, after being gone all day, I was a little bit disappointed in the fact that we were not delivered fresh towels, even though the privacy hanger was not intact on the door at all as we were removed it the night before

The stay was nice. Very clean, Room service was good. I feel some areas could use a bit of updating. Also, there definitely was not enough places for morning coffee without waiting in a very long line.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. It was quite close to our cruise ship so very convenient for us. The Starbucks staff were excellent! Very friendly.
