I rented a two-room suite for 3 people in this hotel. The sofa for the third person was completely unprepared as if they did not know that there would be a third person there, and it was paid for. There was no bedding or a set of towels. I had to pick everything up personally and prepare it for sleep myself. The cleaning lady never prepared the sofa for sleep in 5 days, only the king size bed was made. The housekeeper took three sets of stale towels and left only two because she did not know that three people were staying here. To sum up, I paid for the stay of three people and the rooms were prepared for two because the staff did not know about the third person.
