Disappointing amenities & service; great location

This place had very few amenities, and service was indifferent to disappointing. Most of the staff here would fulfill asks from guests, but there wasn't any proactive service. Room service was disappointing with the room service staff often forgetting to do something such as providing new cups or changing sheets. One day, they actually missed cleaning the room. Also, the room was very small and lacked basics such as having a table and chairs for two people to sit and eat. No pens or writing pads. There was only one hook to hang towels in the bathroom, and the bathroom fan was not effective. A real issue is that the room did not have drawers for you put your clothes. This place was very minimalist while fulfilling its stated amenities and services. It's primary benefit was its prime location in the Garden District.

This was a wonderful property right on the streetcar line and convienant to lots of nearby shopping and dining. They do charge $20 for parking per night however it is safe and made me feel my vehicle was secure. Nice breakfast in the morning. Only stayed the 1 night but would definitely like to go back and spend a few days.

Good Garden District location, easy access to streetcar. Friendly staff, breakfast was decent. Had room by elevator and electrical closet, which was noisy. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We used to love this property, they have really let it go down. Our TV did not work, although the desk clerk did his best to troubleshoot. We were not offered ant concession or even the ability to switch rooms. Unfortunately it was an experience we don’t care to repeat. Will have to find a new favorite.
