Hotel on the tired side.
Hotel tired needs attention to maintanence, paintwork, carpets and furnishings. Location was good, staff somewhat disinterested. Can only valet park and very expensive. But staff really nice and helpful.

I wipe down my room and spray everything down. I didnt wipe up not one single hair and that is good. Everything was clean and the bed was amazing plus i loved the pillows ❤️

I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you are driving and have to use their parking services! First, the stay started out by being overbooked, so the original room I paid for, I wasn’t given because all the king sized beds were sold out. Therefore, my fiancé and I had to share a double bed. Then, our car was damaged by the valet attendant (they pushed in and broke the push start button) causing us to miss most of the basketball game we bought tickets for talking with another valet attendant and waiting on him to speak with their boss. We were told by their management to send in our information so we could do a claim, just to receive an email rejecting it because there’s no way to prove “without a shadow of a doubt” that the valet attendant broke it. They said that had the damage been outside the car it could be proven, but there was no way to prove it did it on the inside although the valet attendant that pick up our car agreed it was fine when he took the car. They took absolutely no responsibility! And if that wasn’t enough, there were ants crawling on the nightstand in the bedroom and a hole in the tub. My experience with this hotel was beyond horrible and the fact that the valet manager is aware of what transpired under his management and knowing had me file a claim knowing they would reject is beyond me.
