Staff was super friendly, I arrived early due to Tropical Storm Francine and they allowed me to check in early and were super helpful as my checked bag did not arrive offering supplemental toiletries and amenities. Daily buffet breakfast and happy hour were great, although not always the most healthy option, still it's nice to have a glass of wine and light snack in the afternoon before heading out for dinner.

It was a comfortable stay with very easy access. It the room could use some updating but it wasn’t terrible. The previous guest set the alarm on the clock so that went off at 5am then the fire alarm went off and likely scared the bejesus out of us. The complimentary food and drink were a nice touch. Front desk was nice. Would stay here again.

Our room was beside the pool Doors sounded like it was slammed every time people went through it. Hard to sleep it never got quiet till really late. Then early morning they changed the trash right outside the window and the noise was so loud I looked out to see what was happening. So our room was awful. But the rest of Hotel was nice

We were immediately welcomed by the amazing doorman and front desk workers! Even though we arrived before check-in they didn't send us away. They provided us with a parking key and said we could come in and enjoy the facility at the bar or sit outside by the pool, which is what we did! The pool and hot tub area was clean and welcoming. The morning breakfast and evening happy hour food/service was wonderful. They definitely go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need and the food was good. We also ordered pizza along with the hot molten lava cake and fresh chocolate chip cookie desert at the front bar...delicious! If you don't feel like going away from the hotel for dinner, you won't go hungry! Thank you to the staff and managers for going above and beyond during our stay!
