Location amazing. Room space and bathroom a little tight but comfortable. Front desk staff not very welcoming or friendly. Not sure if I will stay there again based on the customer service or lack there of.

Amazing accommodations!
We had an amazing stay at Double Tree! This was our first time in New Orleans and found the location to be perfect. The hotel was clean. Check in and out went smooth. We will definitely consider Double Tree for our text trip to New Orleans.

Terrible, I fell due to the AC leaking water in the floor and the treatment afterwards was not what you would have expected from an establishment like this. I’m completely disappointed.

NEVER Again
I might could’ve looked past the subpar mattress and the bathroom that was so tiny you could hardly turn around in it, but I cannot and will not look past the fact that the valet destroyed my wheel and no one from the hotel nor the valet service will call me back or take any accountability. Every dime I saved staying at the Doubletree instead of the Ritz down the street where I normally stay will now be spent replacing my wheel. Never again, You clearly pay for what you get.

When i checked in found a dirty pair of panties by the window, when i took it downstairs to report this the guy at the desk didn't say anything, just threw them away..no i'm sorry, hate that this happened etc....just walked away Plus the AC wouldn't work correctly and the window in our room leaked water
