This place came in clutch. My first hotel experienced a water leak. So this place was in walking distance, as i took an Uber to my frost location. The front desk clerk Xander, was so nice and helpful. There are many restaurants and even a Walmart in walking distance. And when i say walking, Walmart was literally 1 block away. I came to breakfast late but the staff still allowed me to have a meal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place.

When I arrived I saw a sign “shuttle transportation unavailable”. When I inquired about it and was told their shuttle van was broken and there were no plans to provide ground transportation in the interim. This forced me to take 2 UBER trips to and from the airport at a cost of $22 and $17 respectively. If I had known that their shuttle service was unavailable I would have booked a different hotel that has a working shuttle

The stay would have been excellent if the shower wasn’t backing up. The room was handicapped accessible and I didn’t book that. The handicap room didn’t have a faucet head in the tub. The tub only had a shower head so that made my wife shower instead of running a bath. My wife and daughter like to bath instead of showering.

I originally Canceled by calling the location approximately 3 hrs prior to check in and was allowed due to Storms, I decided to attempt to continue and called back and the Receptionist said no problem she would reinstate the reservation for me. I made It and they were so nice accommodating and professional. I will Always stay here when I’m in the area.
