The stay would have been excellent if the shower wasn’t backing up. The room was handicapped accessible and I didn’t book that. The handicap room didn’t have a faucet head in the tub. The tub only had a shower head so that made my wife shower instead of running a bath. My wife and daughter like to bath instead of showering.

Was given a handicap room it had no lights. 2 lamps that were spread apart. No area to plug in my phone no access to plug in my phone. Bathroom makes a lot of noise

Very Appreciative
I originally Canceled by calling the location approximately 3 hrs prior to check in and was allowed due to Storms, I decided to attempt to continue and called back and the Receptionist said no problem she would reinstate the reservation for me. I made It and they were so nice accommodating and professional. I will Always stay here when I’m in the area.

Beds were super comfortable. Room was spacious and somewhat clean. Blood stains on one of the mattresses. The bathroom was very slick. The AC did not work well to cool the room but the humidity was very high. We always travel with a small fan and it was a good thing because it helps circulate the air. Breakfast was subpar. What they call Coffee was just hot water. Danishes and other bread products were hard and stale. We went across the street to get coffee from McDonald's and when we came back we've been locked out of our room. I've traveled to New Orleans many times to go on cruises and I've stayed here before. But I won't stay here again. I think there are better options for the same price range.

Rooms were large, modern, recent carpet, diligent maid staff, good hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. The airline crews use it which is an industry secret of where to stay.

Clean and friendly. However for an airport hotel, lack of essential serve. The shuttle is out of order. The coffee machine is out of order. The pool is out of order.
