Our room had visible mold in the bathroom and smelt like mildew really bad. We attempted to take a nap and within 1 1/2 hours I had a really bad headache and my nose was runny. We went to the front desk clerk and asked to switch rooms and he said that it wasn’t possible because all of his rooms were booked. His customer service was the worst I had ever seen. He refused to go up to the room and see and smell for himself.

It was super clean. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked inside. Great front desk receptionist. We got there really late at night and she treated us amazingly while checking in. Would definitely recommend and stay there again! Thank you.
