The room was infested with cockroaches. I was on the 6th floor so I assume the entire hotel is infested. I actually had to stay one night after getting in late and flying all day. They refunded my entire payment

The gentleman that signed us in was wonderful. Room was nice, but the bathroom had grime and gross stuff on walls and door...stuff that the cleaning staff should gave cleaned. Breakfast was nice but the two weekday staff members were too busy on their cell phones to refill waffle mix or bacon. The lady on the weekend was amazing...she wasn't busy on her cell phone and was tenative to all of the guests.. Irs sad but the staff can make or break a place.. nice place for the price, but cleaning staff needs to clean a lil better. Front desk staff was great and helpful

Wonderfully comfortable stay
Our stay was wonderful. The staff that greeted us late in the evening understood we just wanted to get to our room and sleep. We were helping move from NOLA to Cincinnati so they accommodated our moving truck for a few nights. The outside Terrance was wonderful in the evenings because of the nice breeze. I would definitely stay again.

I would give a better rating excepting the following. A bench coach is placed in the middle of the room. I walked into it at night. It was a painful experience for my toe nails. I stayed in 7th floor. Internet is slow.

Great experience!
Our stay was very nice! Nice clean, comfortable, and spacious room with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The location felt safe and was not far from the I10 which made it convenient. The staff was very kind as were the tenants of the retirement living section of the building. I would definitely stay there again.
