After two previous terrible experiences at hotels for our trip we landed here. Dawn checked us in and was so kind to us. She told us she would take care of us and got us a room on the top floor. The hotel was clean and pleasant. It wasn’t a 5-star luxury, but it was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast offered variety with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits and all the other continental breakfast staples. This place was a sign of relief after the other hotels we left from earlier. The downside was you needed a car to get anywhere from here, which we didn’t have a problem with because we had a rental. This hotel felt safe and all staff were kind and friendly. I would stay here again hands down.

I chose this property because of the stellar reviews and I can confirm they were all true. This is a very convenient, safe, clean property to stay at. Multiple choices for nearby dining and shopping. 8 miles to airport, 8 miles to Bourban street, awesome free breakfast, microwave and fridge in the room, Lakeside Mall very close, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods very close. Let me do early check in and out for FREE!!! Front desk folks were super professional. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Great location and very clean
We had two rooms, one for us and one for my in-laws. We had a wonderful time. Very convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to use Uber. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and good. Everything was fairly clean. One odd part was that the tower part is now retirement living. But it was never an issue and the place was pretty quiet.

Not a great hotel...
Last minute business trip and not many rooms available in the New Orleans area for a reasonable price. Comfort Inn was rated high however upon arriving realized that it was a dated hotel. Had to move rooms because flooding in shower, television not working, poor room service and dated space... Unfortunately I wouldnt stay again. The positive was staff was nice and accomodating
