Bourbon Orleans is fantastically located within the French Quarters. The front desk, concierge, maintenance staff and valets were wonderful. One man in particular, Edison, was of extreme help and so very kind throughout our stay. Housekeeping was quite questionable on a daily basis. We had to request our room to be cleaned and maintained every single day. 😤 Otherwise ~ it was a wonderful stay!

Overall this property was a poor experience. I have stayed in many hotels all over and this was probably the dirtiest hotel. I have pictures of the stains, food and dirt that was all over the room upon arrival. No body wash in shower. Requested room service that never came. The room was so far from the elevator we had to go down 4 long hallways. Positives were comfortable bed and very nice location. For the price point of almost 400$ a night I was astounded at how dirty it was. One of my most expensive hotels and dirtiest at the same time with poor service. VIP Experience? This wasn’t even mentioned. I received nothing for it. Overall would not recommend staying here.

This historic building is fabulously decorated, perfectly situated for exploring the French Quarter, and filled with kind and helpful staff. The courtyard features a lovely pool with tables and chaises. It is near Bourbon Street and has music nightly, so it can be loud. Ask for a room facing the courtyard to help with the noise.

Classic New Orleans vibe, located right smack in the middle of the French Quarter. Upon entering the hotel you are greeted by some of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever met in all of the US. The lobby is gorgeous and well maintained. Our room was spotless and once you figure out the air conditioning, it's quite comfortable. The room was generous, and the beds provided for a good night's sleep. If you would like a little more quiet, ask for an interior room facing the gorgeous swimming pool courtyard. Otherwise, if you're okay with the Bourbon Street noise, then pick something facing the street. The Roux restaurant is a great choice to have breakfast before noon. The servers are so super friendly and kind. The bar provides delicious coffee every morning for hours on end up until about 1000-1030. They even have a large bowl of honey if you like that in your coffee. The front desk staff and concierge are super accommodating and helpful if you want to know where to go. The security, bellhops, and engineering staff are on top of their game. We felt safe the whole time. There is a small bar during the day, and you can get great drinks from the cool bartender. At night, the Bourbon O Bar has a great bar with live music every night. Great place for a nightcap before turning in. The pool courtyard is gorgeous, and the water in the black-green pool that reminds you of the bayous of Louisiana. We can't wait to come back to the Bourbon Orleans.

Beautiful property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms do not have any curtains so I woke up with the sun after a late night. You can also hear everyone coming and going in the hallways. Had a hard time getting an Uber to pick me up in front of the hotel and was asked to walk a few blocks to get a ride twice. Other than this it was a really central location in French Quarters.

The location of the hotel was great! Staff were wonderful and very helpful. We were on the sixth floor and the shower pressure was terrible. Rooms are a bit small.

Property is in a great location for exploring the area. Walk to many excellent restaurants and bars. Lots of live music. Bar in the hotel had live music It is an older hotel but in good condition. We were on the top floor and water pressure for shower was not great.
