This property is outstanding. Location is perfect. Close enough to the action but far enough from the noise. All of the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional! Every need is met immediately. I needed some immediate assistance and the manager Jay took care of it without hesitation. We also traveled with a dog. Not an issue at all. We can’t wait to go back!!!

The location is unreal! Right in between Royal & Bourbon street! Easy walk to Jackson square via path next to the church! Loved the friendly staff and valet staff were great and personable as well. The only negative was no mini fridge and house keeping didn’t visit at all but we could have requested it- I learned at Checkout. Evidently the rooms facing bourbon street can be really loud. We were in 136 on the first level which opened up to a beautiful courtyard with a heated pool and the room was quite & had great comfortable beds.

The room we had was called "Petite King." The room was too small, no seating, and barely navigable. There are only two elevators and our room was too far away from them. The best news is that the hotel is in the French Quarter.

I really enjoy my stay however I would not recommend the first floor due to noise from people on Bourbon street and people were just standing/sitting outside of our window talking.

Old hotel with lots of charm. You can tell it’s an old hotel but it’s been updated. Pros: Clean and well kept. Room was small but that comes with booking a historic hotel. Roy the Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Reception staff and front door staff were amazing. Cons: water pressure was terrible !! We were on the 5th floor. I’m sure it’s because it’s an old hotel so I understand but it’s definitely worth mentioning. Also, if you have any sort of trouble walking, ask for a room close to the elevator. We had a longggg walk to our room.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Close by shops, restaurants and Bourbon street. We had a great time and would choose this hotel again because of the staff when going back for a visit. Thank you to them all for making our first time in New Orleans a memorable one! :)

They had a small dirty towel in the bathroom, when we checked in. There was no hot water for two days. When we called the front desk, they didn’t seem to do anything. We also mentioned it in person, and they brushed us off. Not a great front desk hospitality, as she was busy talking to her co-workers, and did not want to be bothered.
