This is by far the best hotel/property we have ever stayed at. This property has obviously been remodeled recently and let me tell you, the pictures just do not do it justice. Absolutley gorgeous with definite nods to the surrounding culture and architecture. Really close to downtown so you can walk to the attractions like Bourbon St., French Quarter, Aquarium and the steamboats, etc. Only a block away from a grocery store so really easy to grab the essentials if you dont always want to eat out. The bakery across the street and the pizza place next door are absolute musts to visit and make it REALLY convenient. Still far enough away from downtown to feel safe and quiet as well. Easy Uber, Lyft or cab pick up since you are really close to an alley. Management company is really quick to respond to phone calls or texts when you have an issue as well. Oh and the beds!!!! SO COMFORTABLE!!!! Only downside is parking (if you bring a vehicle) is expensive, but that seems to be a thing for the whole city.

We had 2 adults and 4 kids so this place was great for us. Easy to find. We arrived late in the evening so the parking space they recommended that was the closet to condo was almost full. They said parking is typically $30 but it was $46 the first night and I think $56 the second night. Make sure you pay for parking bc Nola will put a boot on it if don’t. Condo was easy to find but took a minute to get in. The keypad was either very sensitive when pushing the code in or just very slow. So it took us ab 10 minutes before we even entered the building. Once we finally made it into the unit, it was just lovely. 3 bedrooms, living and kitchen, just what we needed. For some reason we had little to no hot water when showering. 2nd night was better. This is not the space you want if you want a sound proof space. You can hear every sound in the condo from every room. But that didn’t bother us on this trip. Depending on my next visit to Nola, I would book again.
This is such a lovely place, 3 big, very cosy beds and a sofa bed; all perfect for our party of 6. Lovely hot shower and toiletries if needed.
A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Centrally located and easy access! We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful NoLa.
