House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

Need New Cleaning Crew
1. I expected stairs, but it should be made clear that stairs are longer than traditional staircases. When the description says there are stairs, we were never expecting the amount of stairs that we found. I was expecting one stair case with all bedrooms on second floor. 2. I was not expecting a bedroom in the basement with no bathroom access on that floor. The water heater makes noise all night. We couldn't use this room. lamps in all bedrooms did not work, so I pulled the bed out to reach a plug for my phone, and there were dried up chicken bones behind the bed. 3. We could not use upstairs patio, because there are no chairs to sit on. 4. The floor in the condo is all laminate and is EXTREMELY dirty. When walking, barefoot, our feet stick to the floor and after a short period of time our feet & socks are black on the bottom. This makes me believe the cleaning crew is either using dirty water to clean floors or not cleaning floor at all between renters. 5. The master bedroom bathroom had a dead rodent clearly visible in the air vent. 6. The coffee pot does not work. 7. I think it should be noted in the description of the condo that there is no local/live TV 8. The couch is a sectional & needs to be hooked together. It slides all over the place when trying to sit on it. 9. linens in basement bedroom had pink spots on them, which look like blood This is my 3rd VRBO just this year and the only one I've been unhappy with.

The condo was spotless and conveniently located!
We had a blast! The enclosed garage was great because we didn’t have to worry about break ins or parking on the street. The pool was great, too.

Safe Convenient Location
This newer property is located just 2 blocks from the streetcar line, which we took daily to get to the French Quarter and Garden District. I suggest you get the 3 day pass for the streetcar if staying for the weekend. Be prepared for stairs in this place as there are 3 levels. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen looked stocked. The coffee pot was a bit quirky, so make sure you put the holder for the grounds in snuggly or it will make a mess. Within walking distance are a couple of great restaurants including our favorite: Neyow's Creole Cafe, as well as Mr. Ed's Oyster Bar and Wrong Iron. We walked to Rouses grocery store nearby as well. We felt safe while walking in a family group.
