Could be worse but definitely could be better
Hotel was clean and in good condition but the bed was horribly uncomfortable and there were people hollering half the night in the hallway. They also charge a $100 deposit for incidentals that we have not gotten back as of a week later.

Traveling from out of town, we arrived around 1300 (1:00), and was told that we couldn't check in until 1500 (3:00). I asked if we could have an early check in. I was told that we would have to pay for an extra day if we wanted to check in early. I have traveled all over the world and have NEVER heard of such a thing. I found it hard to believe that the hotel was even close to full, as the parking lot was pretty empty. They were vacuuming on our floor until way after check in, so I was curious what they were doing between 1100-1500 (we were told that there wasn't a late check-out available. We woke up to the sound of vacuuming at 0830 the next morning. Wasn't a pleasant stay. Also, even though breakfast was included in our rate, there was no place to sit, as the small room was completely full. I won't be staying at BW again.

The room was not made up when we arrived. Bed was crumpled snd unmade like someone just got out of it. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. The room was dirty and trashy. I arrived eith my service dog. They required a $100. Deposit. We travel a lot Never happened to me anywhere. Will definitely pot my comments in. We wound up going to a different hotel. I booked with Expedia. Couldn't get a refund. Bad hotel, bad serve. Rude clerk
