The staff was very nice however our first room did smell like mold doesn’t help if you have asthma the front desk rep did come with me to try and check on another room to transfer to 2 out of 3 had the same mold smell the toilet in the new room did not flush two days later was fixed but inconvenient homeless persons not too far from the front door of the hotel homeless and obvious drung users walking the streets out front of the hotel it comes with the city better options away from French Quarter

The hotel isn’t some luxury hotel, it’s not the most updated either however it was decent and accommodating for a decent price. It’s very conveniently located, they were quite strict with the check in is at 4pm. The gym was a decent gym! My only complaint is they need wipes for the equipment. Beds were comfortable, room was comfortable. Staff was mostly nice and respectable. I’d stay again.

Favorite hotel to stay at not so favorite anymore
First room smelled like mildew Next room smelled better but not great. Then carpet by bathroom was soaking wet next morning. Told maintenance which he was rude. Was telling me it was shower which it was not bathroom floor wasn’t wet and shower curtain was in tub so he wasn’t helpful at all! Mean while we had to put a towel down cause it was wet the whole week! Came back to room one evening and black nasty sewage in bathroom sink! Lizard in room was finally Kicker! Hallway dirty never vacuumed. Definitely need some up grades for the price! Front desk staff wonderful and understanding!

The first room we were put in the bathroom sink blocked, maintenance man said the room next to us had a problem with their plumbing as well and he thinks the pipe work was connected, that was fixed then the carpets were soaked which seem to be coming from the room on the other side of us. We were moved to another room where the bathroom tapped did not turn off and it was street side so very noisy

I would not recommend this product, my room was literally horrible it smelled like mildew the bed was hard it was the worst I have stayed in I wouldn’t recommend it really needs an upgrade… the only good thing about this hotel is the location

The women at the front desk are rude. I think her name tag was rayhanin. Eric was very nice and helpful when they were not. The pool was closed our first day. When we did go see it again the front desk was agrivated that we asked. The restaurant attached was amazing and the location was perfect
