● Located in the Treme - there are plenty of newly renovated homes and some that are not. If you are not familiar with or comfortable in an Urban neighbord - this may not be the hosue for you. However, great central location, lot of parking and private outdoor space, and you can be pretty much anywhere within 10 minutes.

If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.

Trade Show Trip
Stayed here with several business associates for a trade show in New Orleans. Location is OK, but neighborhood is a little ran down. The house itself is great. The description of the parking area should note how narrow the gate is. I had about 2"s of clearance on either side for my standard pick-up truck. The tire on my truck caught the opener which is inside the with of the actual gate. This cost me over $1,000.00 in repair cost. Over all not a bad place to stay. The house itself is large enough for a large group.

This place was great!
Everything about staying here was wonderful. Communication - awesome - we were even able to do an early check in. Location - good - $12 Uber ride to the Quarter or you could walk a couple blocks to the street car. Quiet neighborhood and although a lot of people warned us about staying in Treme, we never once felt unsafe. All in all - 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Best spot in New Orleans
Private gated parking! Immaculate property! Back yard with plenty of space! This property was amazing. There was plenty of room, and all my guests enjoyed themselves. The property is brand new and is located in a great spot right near New Orlean’s very own Willie Mae’s restaurant. One of the highlights of the trip was the communication with the host. The service was amazing and every need of our trip was met. The host was more than helpful and was also available at all times. This was easily one of my best and most convenient trips to New Orleans. I absolutely loved the property and the host, I will definitely stay here again!
