The house is located between St Charles and Magazine St where you can walk to the Mardi Gras parades and St Charles Ave streetcar and to all the fantastic shopping and dining on Magazine. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and architectural details give the true New Orlean's experience while the completely renovated kitchen brings modern day comfort. The private, fenced off street parking is a rare amenity in New Orleans.

This house is located in a prime uptown location between St Charles Avenue and Magazine Street and between Napoleon and Jefferson. It doesn't get much better than this! Walk to the streetcar and Mardi Gras parades one way and restaurants and shopping the other way. The location doesn't disappoint.!

This large upstairs unit features three large bedrooms and two full baths. The living area, primary bedroom, and two additional bedrooms are located downstairs. The tall ceilings, huge windows, hardwood floors, and original millwork make this is a spacial place to stay. The kitchen was recently renovated with bright white shaker cabinets, gorgeous quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Private, fenced, off street parking really adds to the appeal.
