This 8 bedroom, 4 bath home features 250 degree water views from both stories and an expansive outdoor space. The shorefront of southern Connecticut boasts a coastal scene with beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops for enjoyment and relaxation. The local community is known to host events throughout the summer season. Come see what National Geographics rated as one of the best beaches.

This newly renovated/redecorated, gorgeous 8 bedroom, 4 full bath, 2 living room home sleeps 22 guests. This home features a scenic balcony with a large outdoor dining space, outdoor couches, a gas fire pit, and your very own grill. Enjoy expansive living spaces with incredible water views, a well equipped kitchen, a formal dining and bar area, and more.

For wintertime guests, the home has central heating, 3 gas and electric fireplaces, one outdoor fire pit for your comfort. The outdoor fall and winter season views of the landscape and water are beautiful from all angles of the home. The close-by casinos also regularly host concerts and events in the winter season. The home is also decorated for fall and then turned into a winter wonderland for December and the holidays.

Guests will have private access to all outdoor space including to two outdoor dining table and an outdoor fire pit with 9 couches/chairs. You’ll also have exclusive access to two stories within the home and to 3 carload BEACH PASSES to Ocean Beach Park (4 minute scenic drive).

This villa is located at the mouth of the Thames River where it joins the Long Island Sound and looks out into the Atlantic Ocean. From our house you can see the local lighthouse on a distant island and submarines travelling to and from the base up the river.

There are 8 spacious bedrooms within the home. There are 3 bottom floor bedrooms (A) 1 king bed (B) a queen bed and bunkbed (C) a king bed and 5 second floor bedrooms (D) Trundle bed with two single beds (E) King bed and two memory foam twin beds (F) a full bed and a twin bed (G) a king bed and full futon couch/bed (H) a full bed. All beds reside within the bedrooms and not common areas.

Guests have access to 3 carload passes to nearby Ocean Beach Park. Ocean Beach park has a large beach, playground, pool, spray park, mini golf, water slide, restaurant, carousel, kiddie rides, arcade, and gym. They have a weekly program of special events such as live music, movie on the beach night, family activities, etc. Guests can also book access to Neptune Park Beach for 10 or visit other local beautiful beaches and pay a small fee by the carload.

This property includes one driveway and on-street parking in front of the home (all free of course). The half circle of gravel in front of the property is meant to be a walkway only.

Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee of $150.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Pequot Chapel. Features include a gym. The villa offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Class Reunion Stay
Stayed here for a college reunion with a few other couples. The house was spacious and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the location was beautiful with many of us either going for a run along the water or walking to the nearby park. Katie was superbly responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do so again!

SUCH A GREAT TIME
My partner and I had our bridal parties stay for the weekend for our wedding in Deep River. Knowing that all our favorite people had a place to stay and celebrate with us was such a great peace of mind. Katie's home was beautiful and offered everything we needed for an unforgettable weekend. I would say there the only thing that was different than we expected in the listing was the size of the backyard. All in all we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Katie's home to stay in for any family/friends getaway.

Coffey Family Getaway
From the first communication with Katie we had nothing more than wonderful experiences. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is so charming. We thought parking would be an issue but had no problems. Walked to Ocean Park every morning. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. We look forward to being able to come back next year. Great family gathering house
We were a family of ten with 6 adults and 4 children ages 3-7. The house was well stocked and lacked nothing. Beach access was a mile away and beach passes were great. The kids loved the town playground and Mitchell College’s ice cream was a hit. The house was spacious and beds were comfortable.

This was the perfect getaway for our family gathering to celebrate my sister's 80th birthday! Everyone came by planes, trains, automobiles and ferries for this wonderful week. The house is very spacious and accommodated us nicely. The dining room was able to hold 24 of us for dinner one evening! The proximity to Ocean Beach Park with the beach passes was a plus! Beach chairs and umbrellas were even available for us. Katherine was an amazing host and was readily available to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this beauty of a house for large families or group gatherings. My only wish was that we had access to another full size refrigerator, besides what was in the fully equipped kitchen.

This was a gorgeous, spacious vacation spot for our large family. The amenities were comparable to a 4 star hotel. Perfect for family meals (inside or on the spacious deck) and group games. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions before and during the stay.

Amazing Location for Bridal Getaway
My now Wife and I stayed here with our entire wedding party as an alternative from a hotel. This was such an amazing experience, the layout of the house was beautiful and allowed every member to have not only their own sleeping quarters, but private space as well. We were a group of 20 people so options are limited, but this home was a no brainer. Not only was it beautiful, but also functional with a HUGE dining room table and living area on the second floor for the majority of our guests to be together and get to know one another. Katie was also wonderful, we had very few "issues" during our stay, but when we had to contact her for user error trying to turn on the firepit or questions about trash handling she was so responsive and helpful typically getting back to us in less than 10 minutes. We had family and friends traveling in from all over the country (WA, AK, FL, IA) for this event and Katie was accommodating to all of them when we asked about max number of people in the home at any given time. Katie made this part of our wedding weekend easy and fun. We almost wanted to get married again, just to have an excuse to book this property again!

Beautiful Home in a Superb Location!
The house was perfect for our stay. It accommodated my husband, myself plus our large family. Each guest bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. The area where we gathered the most was upstairs overlooking the water. It provided an opportunity to visit and play games. We also appreciated the dual sets of washers and dryers on each level. Definitely recommend to large groups and those wanting a centrally located property.

It was convenient stay at this house for our group of 10 adults and 5 kids. House was clean , well organized , seamless , provided with more than basic amenities , freshly cleaned linens and very spacious. Katie was approachable ,very helpful with the check in and checkout instructions with local area recommendations and easy to communicate . For me, the hand written welcoming note by the host was the warm gesture. :) Cozy and Very well suited for our group of friends for the January long weekend . Getaway Retreat
My sisters and I planned a getaway retreat to relax and bask in the goodness of the Lord. This house was STUNNING 💜💜. There was more than enough space, everything was cleaned and up to date, it was decorated beautifully and we wanted for nothing. The plus was the amazing view of the waters and sunrise. This house is unbelievable! It is very clean and very well maintained. Every small detail is taken care of from the included beach passes to practically every kitchen gadget available. The only tiny issue is the description of parking. We had two vehicles (compact car and mini van) and they both fit in the driveway but I don’t see how any other vehicle would fit. Be aware the driveway is kind of narrow which wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property with no hesitation.

Beautiful and spacious house with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to go around. Decor was modern and trendy. Location was central and near water. Katie provided us with all the information and house essentials (like towels, toothpaste, bedsheets, games, toys for kids, blankets, extra beds). One of the best hosts Ive spoken to, very easy to talk to and very fast with communication. Honestly one of the best houses I stayed in. My friends and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for a large group!!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone
We loved our stay. We were a large group celebrating two birthdays - a 65 and an 85. The large dining room table allowed us to all sit together for dinner and birthday cake. Two sitting rooms gave everyone space to hang out. 4 bathrooms, with 2 on the first floor were great for older folks. And even though bad weather kept all of us mostly indoors the whole time, we never felt like we were on top of each other.

Amazing getaway!
Our group of 16 friends had an amazing time at this house. It’s a spacious, beautiful property that is so well stocked with everything you could need. We have stayed in a number of rentals as a large group and all agreed that this was our very favorite! The dining room and multiple living rooms with plenty of seating for everyone were highlights. Great location with gorgeous water views and an easy walk to the beach.
