I would never stay here again ever! They charge my card three times I had to fight to get a refund! The beds are horrible, the pillows are horrible! The staff were very rude when I asked for a refund and fought with me that they did not owe me anything. When I finally convinced them, I had to make four phone calls to get it to happen

Everything great except on check in found out the whirlpool was not working. If I knew this before I would have found another place to stay, so I think windom should give me a credit for at least 75 dollars as this was very impotant to me Staff and cleanliness was excellant Breakfast very good

I made reservation via Expedia and the description said Pet Friendly. Upon check in, the male manager (?) informed me that I would be charged twice the pet fee because I did not inform the motel of a pet in advance. There was no option on Expedia to do so and I have never heard of this requirement before. I was also informed that under no circumstances I was to allow the pet to walk on lobby floor and I was to carry pet into the motel to protect the guests from our ferocious and very intimidating 15-pound Yorkshire Terroir. What would have happened if I brought in a pit bull? When exiting room to run the pet later, I scanned the lobby, and no other guest was present. I let the pet walk across the lobby floor to the front door and my wife received a call in the room from the front desk chastising me for doing this. Summary: 1) This motel is NOT pet friendly. 2) The motel room smelled bad when we entered it. 3) The prices were inflated because of Oshkosh Airventure that was occurring within 30 miles of the motel site. On a positive note, there was a very nice female employee behind the desk that was very helpful. However, the male employee's attitude was less than professional and unfortunately, we will not be staying there again.

when we arrived and opened the door we were hit by the heat inside the room. the air conditioning was shut off and it was in the high 80s outside. it took all night to kind of cool off and the air conditioning kept cycling off. it was so bad the next day when we returned from being out at the Iola car show we decided to drive the 6 hours home and ended up payng for 2 nights but only staying one

Nice stay!
We were visiting Waupaca and haven't found any good places to stay there. So we tried AmericInn in New London and it was great! The whirlpool tub and the fireplace were great! The sheets on the bed were exceptional-very comfortable! The 2-room suite was very helpful for my brother, who stayed with us on the pull-out bed in the living room. The breakfast that was included was quite nice! Overall a great place to stay! We will definitely be back on our next visit. Only other comments are: there were no cocktails available and the vending machines were quite expensive, but otherwise we had a great stay!
