Did not like that the reservation was not correct from the beginning. The facility only had us down for one night when the reservation was for two nights. In addition, it was my thought that breakfast was included for two days. I was told this was not correct. I had to purchase two additional breakfast tickets. Not too happy. I came to this place because I was originally told breakfast was included. John

Location is excellent. Restaurant on site. However,food choice in Buttonwood grill is limited for those with dietary issues. Room we were given (301) is not handicapped accessible(steps). Room large and clean. Bldg has elevator, but handicap entrance requires long walk.

Peddlers Village
Rooms at the Golden Plough are scattered around Peddlers Village. Ours was in the Carousel section. It was a huge room, with fireplace. The bathtub was a large jetted spa that was built for two. We would definitely stay there again.

We reserved 2 queen beds but were given one bed and one Murphy bed. The Murphy bed was comfortable but very low and not that easy to get up from. The room was large and except for the sconce light in the bathroom very clean. The light and shades looked like they were never cleaned.

The proprty looked like it was newly renovated. All the facilities were brand new. The staff were friendly. It is right in Peddlers Village. The only issue I had was that no one explained how the AC and the heat worked nor any instructions in the room. Otherwise everything was great and we would stay there again.

Carpets need to be replaced and hallway wallpaper needs attending. Room was clean and very charming. Beds were a little high for handicap adults but we made it work. I would definitely stay there again. Loved the coffee on our way out!
