Tommy the bartender was fun.. Our group got canceled from the train ride, due to wild fire, he let us take over the bar. Other staff was hard to find when needed. Very outdated venue

It was great but the view with rundown tennis courts was an eyesore. Take them out and put in a fire pit or some type of garden where you can enjoy the outside

We had a suite with a whirlpool. Its was spacious and lovely. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But very disappointed there was no coffee. The machine has been broken for a while according to other reviews.

Photos do not reflect the property condition. Our bed was comfortable, but there was an odor coming from the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. Outside property needed cleaning. Steps needed sweeping and cobwebs to be swept away. Lounge area had stains on fabric covered benches. Upon arrival we were met by a courteous but unenthusiastic staff member who was wearing an old sweatshirt and a baseball cap—not a good look. A good example of “you get what you pay for.” Too bad bc the location was good and the natural surroundings were attractive. The property is tired and is in desperate need of a renovation.

Motel 6 would have been an upgrade
It was run down dirty and had doors opening to the outside. This is a motel not an Inn & suite. Stains on the ceiling. Cold showers. The railing was leaning over the parking lot. If I had known all this I wouldn’t have paid more than $60 but they charged $347.00. They must think this is a Hyatt Regency

"The place needs an urgent update; the walls and floors are dirty, especially in the hallways and stairwells—extremely dirty. The carpets and sofas inside the room are stained and full of dirt. The towels smell bad and it seems they are not washed properly. The small soap and shampoo provided for your use are the cheapest on the market and don't even lather. The most incredible thing of all is that when you go to have breakfast in any hotel, the majority of people look for coffee or at least tea, and this place doesn't even have hot water for you to make tea. The excuse they give you at the front desk is that they regret it, but the coffee machine broke down that same day. It might be true; I give them the benefit of the doubt, but the next day it was the same—there was no coffee and no hot water to at least have a tea. For the money I paid for two days in two rooms, the least I expected was clean towels and at least hot water or coffee, but that was not the case. If you are considering staying here for a night, think twice. I went to the front desk twice and even spoke with the person in charge of at least putting hot water, and without any kindness, they told me there is none, period. Horrible experience at this place. If I could give zero stars, I would."

Great Dog Friendly Inn
Excellent pet friendly hotel. Large grassy area & it was extremely well lit at dark. I didn't realize when I booked that it had exterior doors. But being able to park my car right outside my room door was actually so convenient. I felt very safe in this neighborhood.
