Beautifully renovated 1920s Queen Anne Victorian with modern amenities (central air, washer and dryer in unit) within walking distance to Yale's campus and downtown New Haven. The open floor plan, full kitchen, vibrant décor, private entrance, and off-street parking offer a great space for spending time with your friends and family. This apartment is perfectly situated for longer term or semester long rentals as well as shorter stays. You'll immediately feel right at home!

This is a private 1st floor apartment in a beautiful, two family home. We renovated this house from top to bottom in 2019, putting every ounce of thought and care into creating a space that would be comfortable for our guests. We made sure to include all of the key modern amenities, including central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed.

This sparkling clean apartment features everything you'll need:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer/dryer and laundry supplies in the unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- Ample on-street and off-street parking available

Wonderful and comfortable apartment
Just right for our needs. Perfectly located for our day trips throughout Connecticut and close to train station for our trip to New York. Clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated!

Great spot when visiting Yale
I was on-site for my first Master's intensive and wanted a larger space than a hotel room but close to campus. Also, my husband was traveling with me and working remotely. The location was great. Very close to campus and in a safe local neighborhood away from the area around the hospital. We will definitely stay here again. We had a rental car so I never walked to campus but it was not far.

A Wonderful Vacation Home
A beautiful house inside and out. Very welcoming and clean with all of the amenities. Owners are great and very close if you have any issues. We loved the welcoming snack and coffee centers. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
