Fair Haven's Home Away from Home

This is a private room with shared common areas, located on the 3rd floor of a family home in the Fair Haven region. This listing requires walking up some spiral steps which may deem difficult for those who are either elderly or disabled. Though an old home with the exterior displaying many years of use, the main listing is stylishly decorated and up to date.

The guest bedroom can be identified by the welcome sign hanging on the door. My master bedroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom but the walls aren't thin which allows little to no disturbance between myself and guest's activities. Guests are welcome to occupy the full premises which includes a living room, dining area, full kitchen and bathroom. I expect guests to maintain the same care and caution with my furniture as they would in their own home. There is an AC unit only in the guest bedroom for comfort while sleeping as the common areas tend to heat up due to the summer weather. Unwind and relax with the smart TV while accessing all of your favorite shows with a Netflix, Hulu or HBO account.

Only stays of 5 days or longer are permitted full access to utilize the main fridge and cabinets to store their groceries. Meaning the permission to place, use and discard items of their belonging. Guests are welcome to utilize the kitchen area as it is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils .

In contrast, short term stays are restricted of access to the main fridge as there is a mini fridge located in the guest bedroom but still have permission to utilize the kitchen area.

Any items removed from my main fridge or bathroom will be noted and charged accordingly. There should be no rearrangement of my furniture as you’re booking a room with shared common areas.
