The bed was clean thankfully. That was probably my only positive feedback. The pillows were lumpy. The bed creaked quite a bit. There were holes and rust patches everywhere. There were all sorts of weird stains in the bathroom and all over the walls of the room. Outside I’m not sure what was going on but there were fights, arguing, door slamming, cars screeching all night.

Terrible hotel
The hotel was terrible. Inside and outside were dirty. Carpets were so dirty that our socks were black. Curtains would not close properly. Bathroom outlet inoperable. Toilet was so low that I needed help getting up. Other electrical outlets that worked were almost non accessible. Handicap parking too narrow. Would never go again. This hotel should not have a Wyndham rating!

The location was fine. Some of the other guests were questionable. There was mold on the walls and ceiling tiles of the bathroom. The door jamb was split to the bathroom. The tub/shower faucet was loose and almost broken off but good water pressure and temperature. The sink and floor and toilet were clean. The sink was cracked in the basin though. AC worked great. Double pane windows had condensation in them. Continental breakfast was barely there. Yogurt, a couple of old apples, a coffee machine, a juice machine, and a couple of Costco granola bars. No napkins. There was a roaster and a microwave but nothing to put in either. Staff was very nice and accommodating when asked for extra towels in the evening.

The staff was remarkable Eddie went above and beyond his customer service duties with a warm and pleasant, professional greeting and smile .l will return and come again to visit at the same location when I come to Milford

Smelly room
Smelly room and stained blankets. It says smoke free room but it smells like cigarettes. The curtains smelled terrible. The bed was comfortable tho but the sheets had stains on it. Probably would not go back.. just needed a last minute place to sleep.

Needs Improvement.
No TV service for 2 out of three days. No compensation. The rooms need a makeover. Stained curtains and walls. No comforter. Latch on door was loose. People hanging outside their rooms. The only thing that was convenient was the location because there’s plenty of places to walk to and eat.
