Nice pool and room. Breakfast included with room booking. Our child ate free. Hallways and elevators weren’t up to par. Carpets very soiled. Told about $100 deposit last minute, told later that it would come right back to the account. It’s been a week and we are being told 30 days now??? Never been asked for a hotel deposit in our history of travels. (paid for room in advance) The Sunday morning staff in restaurant area were extremely humble and kind/deserve acknowledgment, a bonus and an opportunity to teach other staff about hospitality. Room cleaning staff were very kind/curious as well. Ice maker on our floor was busted. This was an Expedia order so when I asked for a receipt confirming no additional charges upon check out I was told I can’t get one/refer to my Expedia receipt. We barely slept due to a very loud crew on the 3rd floor. This was our son’s 13th bday get away. Counter staff were professional but cold.

We dont smoke
We stayed here for 3 nights. On checkout they were unable to give us a reciept despite my husband asking for one. On looking at bank statement we had $622 in unexpected charges. On calling the hotel we were told we had a $500 fine for smoking. Neither of us smoke, vape or use marijuana. We are 79/71. Alan said a "sensor" told them we were smoking. Unfortunately since we did not get a reciept we were unable to talk with hotel staff about this. Now our option is a review here and a credit card dispute.

The lady in the. cafeteria needs some help during the busy times. She was doing everything by herself during breakfast: taking orders, getting the dishes, cleaning tables. The people at the reception desk were nice and courteous.

Decent stayy
Had to wait a bit to check in because the room was not cleaned. Did not get the room I booked but receptionist was very accommodating so I was satisfied with his approach.
