Small things are key to a great stay
The property really needs work, the bathroom exhaust was making noise, the phone did not work, the internet did not work great, not sure but the covers my pillows were not changed from previous guest. Overall not a good experience.

Hotel rooms and facilities were disgusting. We checked in and out a few hours later. Traveling with children and adults with health conditions, this hotel was unacceptable. We spoke with Dee at the front desk, started the process for a refund and are still waiting. Hotel will not respond since our check out.

Decent hotel, easy to find and rooms were clean. The only issues I had was the only working ice machine was on the second floor, but the drip tray underneath the whole machine was full of stagnant, rust colored, foul smelling water. Also the breakfast area is way too small for the amount of people trying to get food at once. Other than that the rest of the hotel seemed decently clean, and the staff were nice and helpful.

When i arrived i noticed all the grout in the shower missing, the tiles cacked and MOLD lots of MOLD, the tv, lights and night stand didnt work. We were moved to a new room w mold in its shower no grout. Finally last room had animal hair not vacuumed up but we were exhausted and took it.

The staff was friendly & polite. The room was relatively clean however, the tv didn’t work and there was a weird smell in the hallway. It’s clear the hotel has seen better days. The entryway was in poor condition (unkempt, debris on the floor, furniture that had seen better days). We only needed a space to sleep overnight but I’m not sure I would return.

Enroute to Florida
On my way to Florida - great little gym but the AC was too high so needed to go to the front desk to ask for it to be turned down, which they kindly did. But no towels in the gym or way to clean equipment after use of equipment, plus there was a drinking fountain but no cups. There was no hairdryer in the room but again the helpful front desk Sri came to the rescue. The fridge was noisy so I unplugged it, and the AC was too but it was too warm and muggy not to have it on.

The Room had a nice fresh smell and hotel interior seemed on the newer side. Not trashy looking. Front office staff were very polite and friendly. Also assisted me with cutlery when the Uber order came. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend and will return here.
