The frames in my room fell twice one my daughter. We went a day without water and nobody said anything to us. Finding someone at the front desk is a misson

The property is nothing like the pics. It seems to be family owned and operated—front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning crew. My room was located next to the highway. So at times it was noisy. Ice machine doesn’t work. Breakfast, so,so. It was perfect for catching up my stomach. It’s a place to sleep and have a shower if there isn’t a water break in the main line, which affected the hotel.

The only reason I gave two stars for this hotel was that it's pet friendly, room was "just-right" comfortable and it came with free breakfast - though the breakfast did not even come close to average or is not what you'd normally see in other similar hotels. Other areas of the hotel were dirty, too, as if it's never been cleaned for months, including the dining area.

Front desk staff was rude and short with us. Lobby was full of loud children, hotel staff did nothing. Dirty laundry piled all over the sitting areas all night and morning. Shower smelled like cigarette smoke. Weird baby pillows! No hairdryer. YUCK!

This propery is outdated. We found a stray hair and a lighter under the covers on the bed. I would not stay here again. Very poorly maintained hotel.

An Accommodating but Unremarkable Stay
I could write a full review but I'm honestly not motivated enough to do so. Instead I will list some pros and cons; and let recipients of this list take from it what they want. Cons: -- Reserved two rooms, for three adults: had 5 pillows total for the two rooms. For as predictable (and by that I mean "poor" quality these pillows are) I would expect 4 PER ADULT minimum! Thank god I brought some of my own pillows. -- A broken pen was on the floor of our room the second we arrived. A couple of sheet spots and a small mattress stain; cleanliness of this establishment left some to be desired. -- A mid stay cleaning resulted in the bare minimum of room re-accommodating. Coffee, tea, towels, and cups were not restocked. While shampoo and soaps were, at least a couple things were done right with much else ignored. Pros: -- Spatial and tidy the suite was pleasant and enjoyable for up to four people. Would not suggest trying to cram 5+ into any room. -- Air conditioning units in hallways and rooms worked excellently! A mid summer's stay was comfortable and cool both in room and outside in the lobby ways. -- Pool was clean and enjoyable. Gym looked clean and equipped. Included breakfast needs more access to milk and creams but provided enough basic food essentials to get someone up and on their feet. A SOLID 3/5 stay. Seems like only 1 person is the entire staff of this establishment.

They could use a massive upgrade every time I stay here the trash is full the Elevator doesn’t work the key cards one works the other one doesn’t the pool needs a big upgrade I only stay cause I’m close to where I need to be in the area and the prices are ridiculous for a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel! This could be a nice hotel if you did upgrades

Very nice room with all the conveniences including a comfortable chair and ottoman, desk, refrigerator, microwave, and laps with outlets for technology devices. The bathroom tiles were not properly installed and shirted when stepped on. The shower floor was a bit slick. Breakfast was good. Overall, good stay.

The TV was constantly pixelated and they couldn’t fix it right away. It was better in the morning but still not quite right. The pillows are uncomfortable. This is my opinion and that of my gf. Good breakfast. Too bad. These are easy fixes but I won’t be staying there again under the existing circumstances.
