THE SPACE

The upper level of Coastal Escape features a dramatic two-story great room with fireplace that seamlessly opens to the kitchen and dining area. These spaces have spectacular views and lead to a large screen porch and wrap around deck overlooking the lake. The home’s primary suite is on this floor and has doors to the deck + features an ensuite bath. Also on this level is Bedroom two with a full bath across the hall and laundry.

Outdoor cushions will be stored in the winter months and will not be accessible. Grill is accessible year-round.
The second hot tub under the top deck overhang is open year round.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.
