THE SPACE
Lake Michigan Getaway has a spacious open floor plan all on one level with a wall of windows looking out over the expansive backyard and Lake Michigan. The kitchen opens out to the deck for easy indoor/outdoor entertaining and flows through to the living area so everyone can enjoy each other's company and the glorious view.

And the fact is, Harbor Haven is super-close to all of these! Plus, you’re less than a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor – which includes boat, jet-ski, kayak and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises.
There are all sorts of nearby woodland, lake and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore, the most popular of which is Warren Dunes State Park, with its 2,000 acres of amazing sand dunes, gorgeous beachfront and wetland trails, as well as its extraordinary birdwatching! You and your guests might relish visiting New Buffalo’s Oselka Park, which has baseball fields, playground equipment and tennis courts. And for even more variety, nearby Union Pier also has a number of other great restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast spots. Plus, being so centrally located, there are guided tours of local vineyards and award-winning breweries.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.
The garage is not available for guest use.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
While this home is waterfront, there is no sandy beach or swimming area. There is a rock wall at the edge of the property that drops off to the rock erosion barrier.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
