Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Owners changed houses on us at last minute. I don’t think there was a clean wall in the house all marked up with dirty hand prints, scuff marks. Baseboards full of dust and hair. Sheets were stained, not sure if they had been washed. never received my deposit back. Drawers in bathroom had qtips , cotton balls and other trash in them. Emailed host when we got there, said he had cleaning team in area on Saturday morning no one ever showed up. I then got a text around 8:30 on Saturday evening, did not see text until we got back to house at 11:30 that evening. Went straight to bed next morning woke up to see an awful stain running down side of sheets to bed board, I slept on those sheets! Every interaction we had by email just seemed shady. Do not rent from SecondHome Hosting.
