The Lago Haus (Top unit) is a 2 bedroom 1 bath property that can sleep up to 8 guests. Has view of the communal pool in the back, can be seen from the living room, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom.

If additional space is needed our Posada Haus, which is the bottom section can sleep an additional 8 guests. Can be booked together or separately.
Lago Haus is part of a split level vintage house and is at street level. There is pine floors and wood ceilings. You can sleep up to 8 guests with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 doubles in the 2nd bedroom and futon in the living. There is a complete kitchen to cook your meals, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Has an open living-room/kitchen/dining area. There is a front covered patio with outdoor furniture. The spacious backyard has our new pool and hot tub. Accessible through the outside side steps.
These properties are located on a very quiet cove on Lake Dunlap. It is only 3- 4 miles to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, N.B.Hist. Dist., restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, tubing the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. The Outlet malls in San Marcos are only 15 minutes away, N.B.Airport 2 miles, San Antonio Airport 30 minutes, Austin Airport 45 minutes.
Also river outfitters can pick your group up from any of our properties and take you to either the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers for tubing, providing required equipment for your float, put you in and then pick you up at the end of your float and bring you back approx $30 per person, min of 6.
In total we have seven cottages, with each cottage posted here individually to book separately, a combination of or book all 7 together. Each cottage sleeps 8, you can book any combination to accommodate your group size.
New docks and a boat ramp were put in this year. Perfect for fishing, relaxing by the water, or even getting in to swim! We have a shared pool that can be heated per request. Contact the host for pricing. pool will be heated and warm from 10 am to 8 pm. Heated to 85 degrees ( not like a hot tub)
