DO NOT STAY HERE!!
If you want to have the worst night sleep...look no further. This is your place. 1. It is right on the freeway, practically touching it. So the sounds at night will keep you up. 2. The rooms smells of mildew and mold. The smells are so strong my throat and eyes hurt. 3. Our toilet doesn't work, it won't flush bc it's missing the chain. When we called down to the desk, they sent someone up an hour later (at almost 11pm) who didn't bring any tools with him, looked at the toilet and said he needed to go get a new chain at the store and would be back later. We were almost in bed so we asked him to come back tomorrow morning. (It is 9:30 am and he isn't here, hence we cannot flush) 3. The beds are terrible with no support. My back is killing me and it usually doesn't hurt. We came up for family weekend at Texas State and now we get to have a full day exhausted due to this terrible night.

We stayed overnight and my husband and I were outnumbered at least 5 crickets to 1 in the room. The following morning maintenance opened the door without knocking and he excused himself out of the room. He was unaware there was occupants and it was way before checkout time, there was a slow drip in the tub that I assume was previously reported. Housekeeping did the same, did not knock and promptly excused themselves. At checkout I brought up the crickets and was simply told it was the season.

Convenient access but not worth the money. Stained lampshades. Broken door knobs. Stained tables. Musty smelling room with damp carpet. Breakfast served late when I panned to eat on time and get on the road to work.

Got there and my room was disgusting front told me they would give a refund but that the manager wasn't there so to go the next The next day I go in there and the manager Jennifer Hernandez tells me that I have to contact Expedia now Expedia say that she has to contact me within 24 hours which would have been today before 11 and I have not been contacted so I'm very disappointed

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, the curtains were missing a panel, the wood piece over the window was literally falling off, the tub dripped constantly and there was mold in the shower.

This is the worst place I have ever tried to stay. We didn’t even stay 30 minutes we left the keys and got another room at a different hotel. Stains on the bed and stains all over the toilet

Its a great location and attentive staff, however, the room felt very humid, sticky to where our clothes were kinda damped. You need to have the ac super cold so the room cannot feel humid. Other than that, nice place with good breakfast.
