Great location in the heart of Goreme. The staff is very courteous and the breakfast and terrace are great. The only recommendation would be double pane windows because some of the noise from the street filters into the room. But a set of ear plugs did the trick. Will be back.

Lovely cave room with lovely artistic touches. Room is a bit darkly lit but otherwise very nice. Room is clean. Quiet location behind a mosque but around the corner from the main central shopping area. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Rooftop has good views of the area with balloon views. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Helped book us an amazing dinner as well as some excursions.

Nice breakfast and front desk staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave us info on tours and booked our airport shuttle too. Very enjoyable stay. Just one small item to note - room was too warm, and air-conditioning at night automatically shut off after a few hours so had to wake up and restart in the middle of the night.

Charming little property with a delightful upgrade in our room to cave suite, that was a positive experience. Staff is helpful, no alcohol served on property but you are welcome to bring your own. Nice sunset view from the terrace area.

Great hotel - 17 rooms I think - in an excellent location. On the flat, and a few minutes walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Bus station at the end of the main street. Town centre location. Large roof terrace with a hot tub and fantastic views of the hot air balloons early each morning. Newly renovated so decor of a high standard. Large and powerful walk in shower. Cave effect decor. Agree with other comments about the sound proofing with adjoining rooms but wasn't really an issue as exhausted after a full day sightseeing. Breakfast great - omelettes and eggs cooked to order - plenty of choice and always a large dish of organic honey. Would highly recommend.

Big room, clean, big bathrooms, in the heart of Goreme, with all the dinning spot all around it. BEST THING WAS THERE BREAKFAST, WITH ORGANIC HONEY, BUTTER, YOGHURT etc. they set the standard so high that after this we didn’t like the breakfast of any other places in Istanbul highly recommended breakfast

I recently stayed at this hotel in Cappadocia for 4 nights and while the location is excellent and convenient, my overall experience was marred by poor service. The hotel is situated in a prime spot, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The "hardware" of the hotel, meaning the rooms and facilities, was acceptable and met my basic needs. However, the service left much to be desired. Upon check-in, the receptionist seemed more interested in selling tours rather than showing me to my room or familiarizing me with the property. This persistent push for tours felt unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable start to my stay. One of the more significant issues I encountered was with housekeeping. On one of the days, my room was not cleaned at all. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist (the same one who had been overly eager to sell tours), he refused to arrange for immediate cleaning. This lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address the issue promptly was highly disappointing. Overall, while the location and physical aspects of the hotel are decent, the service needs significant improvement. I hope the management takes these feedback points seriously to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Everything was great my entire stay. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed everyone there especially the women in the kitchen and the house keeping staff and the women at reception. My last day the man at reception came off as rude, saw me struggling with my large bag and did not offer to help. I also had to ask someone to assist getting my bag down the stairs. This all came after I requested to cancel my shuttle after being told my shuttle would come after 12, when I specifically requested my shuttle come around 12 the day prior and was told okay. If it was impossible to have the shuttle come at the time I requested I should have been told when I asked so I would say no thank you but the man the day prior said okay yes it can come at 12, no problem. The entire staff is great except the one man in reception so if he fixes his attitude it would be an excellent stay.

Brand new Hotel in the best position!!
Great hotel for position only a few minutes walk up to the best look out position for the balloons also they have a great rooftop in the resort for great viewing. In the heart of Goreme walk everywhere love Niche Cave !! Brand new resort with choice of cooked egg breakfast, cereal etc.. rooms supply shampoo, toothbrushes, coffee with a kettle & fridge. Brand new quiet air conditioner great stay highly recommend.

Great location
From the moment we checked in we were greeted with friendliness. The rooms were beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. There’s even a hot tub on the open air patio. The breakfast includes made to order omelets…so good!
