Beautiful comfy hotel
I had the loveliest stay at Osmanli. The staff are all fantastic and the hotel looks brand new. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has everything you need. A little further away from all the action but only a 10 min walk. I missed one night due to a delayed flight and I’m gutted! The rooms have air con and there is a pool with loungers on the first floor. Breakfast is a wide selection served on the roof terrace. Would come back again, thank you Osmanli for your kind and helpful staff. The hotel is super clean too.

We had an amazing stay at the Osmanli Hotel mainly due to the fantastic staff that was so helpful, kind and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. We would especially like to mention Tarik and the girls at the front desk (unfortunately I don't rememeber their names) for being so incredibly helpful and so friendly. The customer service was outstanding and they made us feel so at home. We had great conversations with them and they helped us with any questions we may have had or any special requests we may have had. They were just wonderful and we would definitely return to the Osmanli Hotel in the future. The staff at the restaurant were also wonderful, just everyone that works there is so warm and friendly that made our stay so welcoming and we can't thank them enough for their help with everything. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Cappadoccia.

Wonderful stay!
It was a nice stay so far. I came visit Cappadocia alone, but I didn’t feel lonely because stuff and dogs are always welcome there for me. They were always willing to help call local restaurants and find places to eat. The room I stayed was always clean.

Staff very friendly and the room is very clean. Staff can help to make all kinds of entertainment reservations so very helpful. Only one thing for the room, the shower head definitely needs some improvement. Right now the water flow is too strong and hard to control.

Terrific, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice room with firm mattress and nice, powerful rain shower. No washcloths or luffa and no bar soap, so a washcloth would be nice. Unbelievably beautiful view from 4th floor restaurant and lounge, but no elevator and the steps are pretty but narrow. Accessibility is an issue.
