My husband and I stayed at Carus for 2 nights and it was amazing. Such a warm welcome by the staff - they even arranged a hot air balloon for us last minute (via Brother Ballon - which we also recommend). The room was so unique but had all elements of a luxury hotel (slippers, robes, Nespresso). Breakfast was also delicious. The location is wonderful as we were able to walk around the town for lunch and dinner. Pool and sauna are a bit small but maintained very well.

Very professional staff; clear in their instructions and open / warm. We did the red premium tour which includes lunch at a local farm. Hotel also booked balloon tours for us. Great experience throughout.

A lovely hotel with great amenities but I was in the second to last room that had no views and was quite dark. Also there was a generator behind the room that hummed constantly so sleep was not easy and I could also hear music and traffic that passed behind the end of the hotel. Getting heavy luggage up and down will be a challenge. Staff were okay, some were better than others.

The beautiful hotel was very impressive and met our needs. The staff was very helpful, and we were particularly impressed with Fatma as our breakfast server, the woman who greeted us on each of the three occasions when we had dinner at the Carus and the dinner staff in general. Surprisingly, the hotel had no laundry service which forced us to ask around town for suggestions. The laundry guy that we located did an excellent job for only 700 lira, but when I recommended him to one of the night clerks the clerk told me that the Carus does not partner with outside companies. I found this to be odd and inconvenient for a hotel of Carus’ quality. A minor point, but there was an annoying banging sound whenever we opened the bathroom door and it collided with the wall. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Carus.

The hotel is central and in the heart of the town. That’s what we loved most. Property is lovely , love the rooftop but doesn’t have that photo seat with all the rugs and pillows - wish they can do that as it will only bring it even more in light. Want to note is that pls check the rooms you want as the pictures on hotel.com are not clear and hard to note if the room has specific things you are looking for. Additionally hotel.com sometimes isn’t showing the latest inventory of rooms so best to check with the hotel as well. Staff could be a bit more connected on things- had some issues in our booking and the understanding wasn’t clear which created confusion. Breakfast was great - we loved Fatma who served us! She is amazing!

Highly recommend Carus Hotel. Great location, comfortable room with outdoor sitting area . Rooftop terrace was a great place to drink coffee and watch the balloons . Staff was great, loved the indoor pool. Ended up staying two extra days.
