Excellent location , have a wonderful root where you can see the balloons for beautiful pictures , room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly . Prices affordable .

We chose this property because of the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. There was rampant black mold in the bathroom along with a persistent unpleasant odor. The shower doors had apparently fallen off and were replaced with torn makeshift shower curtains and it made for an unpleasant experience. The terrace is a great place to watch the hot air balloons, but some mornings the cushions had not been turned to keep off the morning dew so were too wet to sit on and several of the wickers chairs were damaged and would pinch your legs. The sliding door to get to the terrace was very difficult to open. For whatever reason, the main road, access road and parking area were mainly dirt and very rutted. The entrance to the hotel is on the side and not well marked. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful while others seemed lackadaisical. The breakfast buffet was limited and inconsistent in number and quality of items offered day to day. Tables were cleared but not cleaned between guests and napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. were not on each table or were not refilled as needed. I think this hotel might have once been good, but it seems that someone has given up and they don’t really care anymore.

Our experience ay Cappadocia View Hotel
We are pleased with the attention rendered since the first day we arrived to the hotel, very speedy in booking the tours and airport transfer. The breakfast very well prepared and specially the cleanliness, the food fresh and healthy. Also, the location is strategic to watch the baloons and sorrounding areas. It was quite quiet at night.

Everything was as it is in the pictures. We should have done more research because there was no AC. Luckily I asked the front desk for a fan and they gave me this big fan from their storage. So we had that on all night long. Washrooms weren't the cleanest but thats no biggie. Seems like it was a family owned property. Everyone was very sweet.

Reception team was wonderful! Very very helpful! Although the walls you could hear everything from the other rooms which wasn’t great! Our room didn’t have an toiletries or bath robes at the start but we asked the guys at the reception and they gave us them after an hour or so. The wifi wasn’t that great was using our own internet. Breakfast wasn’t to great either if you went late you basically got the left overs of what was left no refills. Our room wasn’t cleaned although we had the sign out to clean nobody cleaned it which was really sad. Other than that the view & location of the hotel was really good! Everything was nearby you could walk on feet to the main bit of Goreme.

They offer breakfast on terrace and the view is amazing. You can enjoy the breakfast watching hot air balloons. Also hotel is very close to town centre and in walking distance from stores and restaurants

Perfect; I would come here again
Good placement (close to the majority of touristic points of Göreme). Also, it is so close to bus stop, which can be used in order to reach other touristic towns. Nice cosy atmosphere; staff was willing to help about any issue. Good both for romanticand family/friends trip. Terrace zone has very nice view. It's worth to come just because of their amazing terrace :) Perfect breakfast.
