The concept of the hotel is amazing. The hotel staff is beyond rude, the communication was absolutely terrible. We booked 6 rooms and each room had something wrong with it. All of the rooms had terrible lighting. I would not recommend to stay here. Transportation was a huge hassle and the hotel will arrange but it is very over priced. We paid close to double of what the average is and triple what we found on our own.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Only issues are Hotel is a little bit away from the town center so need to walk or use a taxi. Also Breakfast could be served a little bit earlier and on time.

We had a fantastic stay at Bloom, the rooms are spacious and lovely, the pool is fantastic and the breakfast is great. We hired a car to get around. Loved it, will come back

Beautiful hotel. It was a bit in the backyard, but we liked it because you were able to relax and felt like you were alone. Looked like a new area and maybe there would be more things coming around the hotel. The room was big and clean but the shower had cold water. We loved the atmosphere at the hotel with music and light both night and day. We asked at the desk if they could arrange hot air balloon and atv ride, and wow! We got a really nice price and a wonderful experience. We will choose bloom hotel again if we go back to Cappadocia. Will also recommend it to all our friends.

It was a pleasant stay overall. Staff is very kind, but limited to what they are able to help with. Take a while to get things to the room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of cold dish options and a couple of hot items. The property itself is very beautiful and clean. There was no daily room cleaning or fresh towels. We stayed for three days so it would have been nice to have that.

Place was great, room was amazing, and the hotel isself was perfect. Breakfast spread was extra nice! Location was secluded but surrouding area was a bit deserted and not much available food wise in close proximity, walking distance wise. One small recommendation would be to have a shelf of some sort in the shower stand, to put things like soap, shampoo and such items.

Mükemmel ! Tavsiye ediyorum.
Otelin mimarisi ve peyzaj gerçekten çok şık, özenle hazırlanmış. Otel çalışanları aşırı ilgili ve güler yüzlüydüler. Mükemmel bı işletme övecek o kadar çok şey var ki kahvaltısı taze ve sıcaktı çok çeşit vardı. Tereddüt etmeden konaklayacağınız tertemiz odalar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Kapadokya ta tekrar geldiğimde yine burayı tercih edeceğim. Tekrar görüşmek üzere. Hoşçakalın. Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler.
