The concept of the hotel is amazing. The hotel staff is beyond rude, the communication was absolutely terrible. We booked 6 rooms and each room had something wrong with it. All of the rooms had terrible lighting. I would not recommend to stay here. Transportation was a huge hassle and the hotel will arrange but it is very over priced. We paid close to double of what the average is and triple what we found on our own.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Only issues are Hotel is a little bit away from the town center so need to walk or use a taxi. Also Breakfast could be served a little bit earlier and on time.

We had a fantastic stay at Bloom, the rooms are spacious and lovely, the pool is fantastic and the breakfast is great. We hired a car to get around. Loved it, will come back

Beautiful hotel. It was a bit in the backyard, but we liked it because you were able to relax and felt like you were alone. Looked like a new area and maybe there would be more things coming around the hotel. The room was big and clean but the shower had cold water. We loved the atmosphere at the hotel with music and light both night and day. We asked at the desk if they could arrange hot air balloon and atv ride, and wow! We got a really nice price and a wonderful experience. We will choose bloom hotel again if we go back to Cappadocia. Will also recommend it to all our friends.

It was a pleasant stay overall. Staff is very kind, but limited to what they are able to help with. Take a while to get things to the room. Breakfast was very nice with lots of cold dish options and a couple of hot items. The property itself is very beautiful and clean. There was no daily room cleaning or fresh towels. We stayed for three days so it would have been nice to have that.

Otel sessiz sakin her yere yakındı. Sabah açık büfe kahvaltısı güzeldi ancak restoran olmaması bizim için kötüydü akşam kar yağdığında dışarı çıkmak istemedik çünkü. Otel çalışanları ilgili güler yüzlülerdi. Arabamız kar altında kalmıştı sağolsunlar yardımcı oldular. Odalar dışarının soğuğuna rağmen sıcacıktı ve temizdi. Biz memnun kaldık

Temizlik, ilgi, konfor ve kahvaltı hepside çok iyiydi. Otelin konumu gezilecek çoğu yere araba ile çok yakın. Bizi tek rahatsız eden şey şömineli oda da şömineyi yakmamamıza ramen is kokusu çok yoğundu ve hiç hafiflemedi.

Jakuzili şömineli çok güzel ve temiz bir odada konakladık.Balkonumuz havuza bakıyordu .odada ihtiyacımız olan havlu seti,terlik,kettle,çay kahve su ,minibar mevcuttu.minibar ücretli,su hariç.Yataklar rahattı.Kahvalti çok çeşitli ve kaliteli malzemelerle seceneklendirilmisti,restoran temizdi.Resepsiyon görevlileri guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi.Tum soru ve isteklerimize hızlı dönüş yaptılar.Otelin konumu Uçhisar kalesinde olmadığı için çok sevindim oralar dik yokuslu araçla inmek çıkmak park yeri bulmak zordu.Otel alanı duzluk ve her yere yakın gidilebilir.
