Great vibe and all needs met. Rooms lovely and kitchen area with fridge and stove top. Welcome multi seating areas in the lobby…work tables, TV and games, cafe style. Easy walk to grocery or to downtown tourist area. Staff delightful. Breakfast delicious. Construction in neighborhood should be done soon but not too noisy . Oh, and even parking!

The check-in staff were great. It was convenient to walk to the sites in town. The construction by the building made it very challenging to drive to the hotel. The kitchen was a great feature, but there were no cooking pots or pans. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable.

Although the unit was small it was extremely efficient and well equipped. The location was close to a mall and near the downtown area and river. Excellent staff and Javi went above and beyond.

I liked everything. Especially my own heater/radiator in the room, the swing, kitchenette, bed comfort, the friendliness of the staff...a 10-15 min walk to the center of Ulm..a great place...highly recommended.

Great hotel in very good location
Very good new hotel. Rooms well equipped with everything you could need. Everything was new and well designed. Free coffee in lounge all day was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking at front of hotel was a bonus but few spaces. Alternative parking in garage a few minutes walk. There is a huge shopping mall at the end of the road. 5 mins walk to bars/restaurants of neu ulm and a further few minutes walk to centre of old town. Lots of building work nearby but once inside hotel there was no issue.

Es war schon alleine von den guten Materialien an Wand und Boden alles sehr sauber. Es war alles genau richtig und auch da, was man in einer kleinen Küche alles gebrauchen kann. Trotz kleiner Einheit alles praktisch zum unterbringen und völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war auch sehr gut, haben wunderbar darin geschlafen und die Klimaanlage optimal eingestellt. Das Personal sehr freundlich, man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt, wirklich eine kleine Familie. Haben unsere Wünsche gleich umgesetzt, Garage und Terrasse. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, war nicht nur Ulm auch ein bisschen Rio, mit dem entspannenden Schaukelstuhl und dem schönen Vogelgezwittscher in den Gängen, eine Ruhe Oase. Nochmals vielen Dank, war sehr schön.
