Dans lensemble génial oui mais.....
Bonjour, Je suis Mr Bariteau le locataire de l'appartement 3A.Je ne reviendrai pas sur la douche bouchée et la climatisation qui a lâché ça peut arriver et vos services de maintenance ont été très efficaces et réactifs et super sympas malgré les difficultés rencontrées. Les seuls reproches que nous ferons c'est sur la propreté de l'appartement quand nous sommes rentrés dedans le ménage a été fait de façon très médiocre tapis pas secoués et sanitaire a l'entrée avec des taches, vu le tarif du nettoyage franchement passez le message a vos équipes ce n'est pas a la hauteur du standing de cet appartement. Enfin je dirai que cet appartement convient très bien a un couple avec 2 enfants de 13 ans maximums mais surtout pas a deux couples ou deux ados de 16 ans, la petite chambre est très petite et manque de rangements, si on ferme la porte il n'y a plus de climatisation mais plus d'intimité non plus donc c'est gênant sauf si on est capable de soutenir la chaleur en plein été mais cela me semble impossible. Néanmoins nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette résidence mais juste pas dans cet appartement on réservera un appartement avec deux vraies chambres. On aurai préféré avoir les vraies photos de cet appartement comme ça on aurait pu changer et vous en demander un autre. Sinon la vue a couper le souffle et la situation de la résidence avec sa grande piscine et son parc super bien aménagé et propre et la jardinier très sympa sont de supers atouts.Bien a vous

Très belles prestations
Appartement fabuleux, parfaitement équipé , situation géographique idéale, vous êtes comme à la maison. Pour information comme ce n’est pas précisé il y a un parking ouvert à 1 minute à pied pour 1€ par jour car la rue est souvent complète .
