Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent views over Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will without doubt put you in the mood to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime.The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breathtaking views.Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.

The villa is modernly furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.

Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.

A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double and a family bathroom. There is also a spacious balcony area which is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon sun.

Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool with plenty of space for sunbathing and outside dining and a variety of plants and trees.

Great location for a break away from the hustle & bustle
Spent a relaxing week at this villa. Me and my partner wanted somewhere we could keep ourselves to ourselves and unwind, the property has everything you need to do this. Great communication with Xenios while booking, and a welcome pack of essentials including bread, milk and water (which were greatly appreciated as we arrived at 3am after a long day travelling) and a bottle of wine was an unexpected thoughtful touch. The property is clean, modern and spacious, it also very well equipped with the necessary kitchen essentials needed to cook for yourself and there is even a BBQ and utensils to allow alfresco cooking. The satellite TV has a multitude of channels including many of the same as Sky TV for British travellers and the air con in each room keeps the property at a comfortable temperature. We would not hesitate to spend another vacation here in the future.
