Beautifully kept historic home turned B&B. Super friendly and helpful owners, and the breakfast was delicious! Nice quiet location but still walkable to central business district. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful hosts at this lovely historic house. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ray and Jules are very hospitable. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip. I highly recommend a stay with them.

Ray and Jules who owns and runs this BnB are fantastic hosts. Ray cooks breakfast to order. The scrambled eggs are some of the best! The room and toilets are kept in immaculate condition. Super comfy King size bed. The house is within 15 mins walk to all the local restaurants and grocery store. The house was built in 1893 and is absolutely charming.

Enjoyed the Hosts and the Manor had a great time felt very comfortable just like being at home but not having to do all the chores after ,Great hosts showed us a great time I would Highly reccommend and breakfast in the SUN just awesome.We are going back for sure

The manor house was so beautiful with a quaint and artistic look. Very well maintained and a jolly good host. Ray was available when we reached his home and made sure settled In comfortably. He made us a yummy omelette in the morning. We also had bread, cereal, fruits and an assortment of jams. We had a chance to meet and talk to the other guests who had traveled from Sydney and the UK which was a lot of fun. Loved the stay. Would highly recommend this cute manor.

Lovely historic villa with well maintained grounds. There is a modern aircon/heatpump and ensuite attached to each comfortable guest room. Ray and Jules are very friendly and accomodating hosts and the location is superb for walking into Nelson center for restaurants etc. We enjoyed sitting and reading on the balcony in the late afternoon & evening. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful and quaint Character
Great location within 10 min walk of most of Nelson City. Excellent atmosphere made better by very friendly and attentive hosts Ray and Jules. Character historic home with the quirks of the 19th century plus the mod cons like ensuite bathrooms and r con/heat pumps. Enjoyable family style breakfast as a chance to meet other travellers staying over. Overall a great experience

Brilliant accommodation. Wonderful hosts and art to die for. The hosts couldn't have been friendly and went out of their way to make our stay just that much better. I would recommend this facility. Ray was wonderful! The place is so pretty and breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very clean and it is in walking distance from downtown.

Charming and convenient
Ray helped me get back a scarf that I dropped at a restaurant at lunch. He was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and accommodating by giving us breakfast early as we needed an early start when we left. Charming old Victorian home!
