The little cafe right underneath is amazing. The location is ideal. Parking is a dream and everything you need is within walking distance. Including a late night icecream!

Great place to stay

We really enjoy staying at Hotel Nelson. It is clean, updated and cafe is great. The only down side was the lift was not working but probably the exercise did us good.

Location within walking distance to Bub’s fish n chips, sea breeze hotel and naked alley cafe. On location cafe - Little Nel is perfect for their coffee and meal offerings. Best hotel by far in Nelson Bay.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Nelson as a solo traveller. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The Little Nel cafe next door is great. I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.
