Highly recommend this spacious house!
We had a wonderful stay at this property and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again. It was very clean, and the property manager was easy to work with. We were not sure about some of the layout in advance. Maybe this will help a future renter. Entering at the front door – areas are spacious. There are two large sitting areas on this level with a step down from the entry for one – two areas along with the dining and kitchen area circle and are open and spacious. The main level has a hallway off the large laundry/utility room where there is the bunk room with its own bathroom and a queen room with its own bathroom. The two rooms can connect with swinging rooms in each room going into a little alcove with a private sitting window bench. There are two sets of stairs that lead to separate bedroom areas. The one to the left of the front door is the primary bedroom with king primary and bath – both are very large. The stairs to the right of the entry lead to a king bedroom with pocket door into the hall bathroom. The room has an open wall area that leads into the hallway – the room is private but not totally enclosed. There is a queen bedroom on this level that shares the hall bathroom. This level has another washer/dryer. From the entry there are stairs down to a game room with sofa and chair area, pool table, game table with an outside entrance. This level has a queen bedroom with access to the full bathroom that is also accessible from the game room.

Wine Tours
The house was perfect for our event. We had 12 adults - 6 couples coming to town for several days of wine tours and tastings. The house was perfect for our group. Each couple had at least a queen-sized bed and it was only a short drive to the Nelson County wineries, distilleries and Breweries. We would certainly rent this house again on our next trip to the area.

Nine girlfriends from college days on an annual trip that varies year to year. This home is spectacular, every creature comfort provided for, from books and games to outdoor fireplace to wonderful gathering areas and incredibly stocked kitchen - you couldn’t ask for more! Fantastic place for our group.

Quiet and comfortable
Clean, well supplied kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, quiet surroundings with a nice deck with Black Stone and grill. Good WI-FI but poor phone reception. Was not able to use the pool but found a pool nearby to use. Door code was wrong upon arrival but was able to get it corrected fairly quickly.
