Proximity to the beach and restaurants nearby was a plus! Staff was very nice and friendly. I took off a star only cause there were times it was hard getting someone at the front desk by phone. Breakfast was definitely on point! Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Negril!

This was a peaceful oasis. Crystal greeted us and checked us in. Everyone from the chef to the security team was super welcoming. The hotel is in close proximity to so many things the beach is a 4 minute walk. The best in the west restaurant is a quick 3 minute walk. There is a shopping center about a 7 minute walk. Margaritaville is a few minutes walk. There are cab drivers right in front ready to take you anywhere for a reasonable price. The free breakfast is also a great bonus! The pool was great and it was so relaxing. A special shout out to Noreen, Sky, Alison, Odane, everyone was great!

We've been coming to Rayon for years. We love the peaceful space with attentive staff. Its a short walk to a beautiful beach, they have a refreshing pool, the rooms are soacious and clean. You can order dinner earlier and have it ready when you arrive back in the evening

Property is in a very good location. They keep it clean. Complimentary Breakfast is served and is not bad. I feel safe. It's quiet. Near various places to eat. Everything is walkable and the parking is easy. Would I book Rayon again? Yes, I would with no hesitation. Beach is located right across the road

Let me preface this review by stating that I did a same day booking. However, this is no excuse for the condition of the room I was given. There was absolutely no toiletries in the room so I was unable to shower, the toilet paper was on its last roll and a backup wasn't provided, the toilet tank was turned off due to a leak and a swarm of noisy mosquitoes wreaked havoc throughout the night. I tried calling front desk multiple times to have these issues rectified (around 7pm) but the phone rang out every single time. I did not receive a call back. The property is okay, the staff courteous and the breakfast was good but I still left feeling peeved about the multiple shortcomings in the room.

This was by far the beat place i've stayed in Negril! The property is not on the beach but there is beach access right across the street. They have a beautiful pool to lay poolside. The staff was friendly and had daily housekeeping service. The water was hot and plentiful. I only wish the bar was open and there was music playing throughout the property to make it seem a bit more livelier. I would definitely stay at this property again actually I didn't want to leave just yet. A full kitchen was very nice I was able to prepare my own meals, minus breakfast because that was provided free with our stay every day!

It was a one night stay so didn’t use pool or bar but room was clean and staff was friendly! Not that I cared but air conditioning did not get very cool and cable did not work.
