This unit is has fantastic views of the Gulf Of Mexico on a quiet stretch of white sand beaches. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom overlooking the Gulf with adjoining bathroom and a quest room with a view of the Sound and a queen sized bed with a new mattress. The Unit will sleep 6 with a foldout vouch.There is a separate guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every thing you need. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's, Wi-Fi, Cable. The dining room furnitureand add to the overall vacation experience. It has keyless entry so you not have worry about lost keys or meeting someone for check-in. Emerald Surf has elevators, a seasonally heated swimming pool, and private beach access. We will provide guests with a beach umbrella and two chairs from March through October. ($150 value) Please note that property maintenance is often done by the Homeowner's Association on the exterior of the building in the fall and winter. We adjust our rates accordingly to accommodate this.is made from teak and the spacious balcony has a lounge chair, table, and five chairs.

Lovely quiet condo on the beach
Very nice spacious condo with full view of the ocean. Comfortable king bed and furnishings. Kitchen well stocked. Owners were prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Top Floor Paradise
Great condo. Don't hesitate to book this. If you do when you come back it will already be gone! I will always remember this place for a return trip. By the way, great parking for this place. I drive a big Ford F350 crew cab long bed and there were a few spots in the garage and outside the garage that were accessible for me. Just don't park in the reserved spots and you are ok. Do NOT bring a trailer though...not enough room for one. Everything in the condo "works" and the view is killer good. We loved opening the curtains in the morning and laying in bed as the sun rose...that's pretty special. Every evening we easily walked past the pool, up and over the dune walkway and in a minute we were on the beach to watch the sunset. You can also fish this beach more easily than some that are slightly east of this location closer to the Navarre Pier. The reason is that as you go further west the crowd thins out. There weren't very many people on the beach. It was cold (as low as 48 but averaging about 60-65). We put on hoodies and walked miles and miles. Again...don't even think twice...just DO IT.

This condo was very nice. All furniture was like new. The best seats were on the balcony. Had lots of plans since it was my first time in Navarre. Couldn't get off the balcony.

40th Wedding Anniversary
Our 40th Wedding Anniversary was wonderful!! The condo looked amazing the pictures do not do it justice!! The condo was very beautiful and has everything you need and more!! The views are breathtaking!! Watching the Sun raise and sun set was gorgeous!! The beautiful crystal clear water was so beautiful!! We want to thank you for the best 40th Wedding Anniversary!!

Love it
This was our second time staying here and its amazing! The view is perfect, the condo it perfect, everything is amazing. Theres nothing like laying in bed watching dolphins play out in the gulf! Its close enough to the pier you can just take a nice stroll down but far enough away youre un bothered by the croweds. The only things that could make this condo better is if it had 2 king beds because its me and my husband, and then also my parents. 😂 but at that point, im just being greedy. We love it here and cant wait to come back!

Great location, needing updates
Fantastic location, great amenities, nice availability of supplies, but needs some updates. The patio door in the living room needs fixed as it doesn’t work at all. There was caution tape, but there was also I sign that said to remove the stick before opening the door. This made us think that was the caution, however there should be a sign that says door is out of order. This was only a minor inconvenience as there was another patio door to the same patio from the bedroom. The screen doors are also in need to repair. It was wonderful to sit outside on the patio, but I accidentally left a lamp on inside and bugs quickly found their way in through the gaps in the screen. Place was clean for the most part, but there was large pee drips on the toilet seat. While there was adequate supplies of most things, we didn’t even get enough toilet paper to last one day. No spare TP in any closets found. The bathroom faucet was very low flow as well. Would definitely return, but minor updates should be made. The location is worth the return and it was very accessible!

A short trip but very needed sunshine!
My daughter and I were only able to go for a short weekend, but the weather was gorgeous! We sat in the chairs provided by the condo for two full days because it was so relaxing with the 73-degree breezy weather. The condo was relaxing, spacious, and well-equipped. I always look for cleanliness and comfortable beds, so A+. The access to the beach was perfect. I have had 4 knee surgeries, so no complaints! I wish I were still there!

Great location but needs cleaned properly and updated!!
Great location, But has not been cleaned properly in a long while . There was a thick layer of dust on all decor and shelves. Food crumbs in drawers and cabinets.Floors still had sand and trash from the previous stay .Master shower did not drain and you had to shower in standing water . There was mold in the shower and refrigerator. Both shower heads were rusted and covered in hard water stains . The condo is need of an update. We stayed at the same unit two years ago and had the same issues we spoke with the owner then and was hoping this stay would be different but unfortunately it was not 😞

Just Right!
Clean. Well-appointed. Comfortable. The whole place is well maintained. The beach is beautiful, & so clean! Love the balcony for hanging out & listening to the surf. Really appreciated the elevator & boardwalk to the beach. It made our octogenarian member able to enjoy the beach that she so loves at least one more time. This was the perfect place for us, & just what we were hoping for.

Excellent Stay!!!
We could not have asked for better weather during our stay! We loved our condo and the views it provided! We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning over the ocean. Despite the washer going out before we came, we still had a great time and was able to use the on-site laundry room. Quinn was awesome to work with and very prompt when answering any questions. She even refunded us for what we spent using the on-site laundry. We will definitely be staying again! If you’re in the fence about visiting, just do it! You won’t regret it!

As advertised!!
No surprises here. This place is exactly as advertised. Great views of the Gulf. It was really nice having a beach setup available with the cost of the condo. We prefer beach service over hauling stuff down to the beach and back daily. Another thing we enjoyed was that the owner didn’t restrict us on the room temp at night and a lot of other people do. We did have an issue with the washing machine and reported it immediately, but Quinn was unable to get the maintenance people out prior to us leaving. No fault of the owner, maintenance issue there. Quinn was very easy to communicate with. Internet worked great and the unit was stocked with all required items we needed. If there was any negatives, it would be that the unit could use some TLC, but that is my OPINION ONLY!! There were some cosmetic type stuff to be fixed (Formica coming up in the kitchen, and a few small holes in the wall by the balcony door). The water pressure was not real good, but that isn’t the owners issue, that is the building managers issue. All-in-all, this was a great stay and as mentioned above, the view was awesome!! Thanks for everything Quinn!!

Our favorite beach
The condo was clean and cool upon arrival. Everything in the condo met our needs and no issues came up during our stay. The view was amazing and the thing we enjoyed the most. It was our first time in Navarre but will not be our last. The beach was clean and gorgeous. Not crowded at all. I think I counted about 20 people in front of the condo on the busiest day. We went to walk the pier each day and surprised to see so many sea turtles, dolphins and jellyfish from it. We even got to see Bobby the barracuda under the pier. I was told he hangs out there a lot. The nearby turtle conservation building was nice to visit too. It is really a great condo in a nice family friendly area.
