基本的に部屋の清掃はいまいち。特にエアコンの清掃はどの部屋も全くしてないと言ってもいいほどホコリが溜まってる。 ハウスダストアレルギーがある人にはおすすめしない。 スタッフさんの接客が良い分、非常に残念。

長期滞在に利用。朝食は充実していて何よりランドリーが棟毎に配置されていて、いつでも空いてる状況。部屋に居ながら気楽に気軽に出来て快適でした。セキュリティ面でも、棟毎にカードキーが無いと入れないシステム。部屋の内ドアから廊下の様子を伺える事、窓のレースカーテンが外から全く見えない事がプライバシーの侵害無く安心でした。スタッフの方々の親切な対応、とても心地良く滞在出来ました。フリーのコーヒーも美味しかったですし、製氷機、電子レンジ、大いに活用させていただきました。部屋のバスタブの目地の黒ずみ、電気ポットの劣化だけ気になりましたが、他は大満足でした。
