We loved this property. It was just outside town but an easy and lovely walk. The views were incredible from our room. The restaurant in hotel was excellent. Would stay there again!

The view of the mountains and water front from the room and dinning area is breathtaking. The property offers a lodge style of staying experience and is walkable to the city center and great for walking along the waterfront walkway.

It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us!

This was our last night of the trip. We got a complimentary drink each. The cafe and breakfast are had many large windows showing the amazing views of Torres del Paine national park.

This property feels special and welcoming. The views from the dining room are stunning! It’s nice to be slightly outside of town but still walkable. It was a great place to stay either side of hiking nearby

The property staff was very sensitive towards my family during a difficult few days in the middle of our family holiday. I really appreciate how kind they were towards us when we were dealing with some unexpected news during a trip while very far away from home. In addition to this the food was excellent- we had just come off the trail and their dining room was the best experienced in Chile. The rooms were small but extremely comfortable. They staff was very helpful in storing our luggage and helping us make arrangements for car services as well. I am very grateful to the hotel for taking such good care of us when we needed it most.

Very nice location, walking distance to town, bikes available to borrow to use to go into town. Most front desk staff speak English well; others not so much. Good breakfast - though a change in offerings from one day to another would be nice for variety, especially for guests sitting for more than 1 night. Very good customer service. Our rooms were smaller than how they looked on the photos on the website. Nice seaview rooms nonetheless.
