I was treated extremely well by all the staff. They were incredibly accommodating to me to make my stay great. They honoured a late check out which was very convenient for me to plan my day. The staff in the restaurant also took the time to get to know me and make me feel very welcome. The hotel is well situated for the beach and for other needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Tive uma ótima viagem, o hotel era bom e os funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã bom com muitas opções e excelente localização, bem perto do Morro do Careca e de todos os principais restaurantes da cidade. Tivemos alguns problemas com o quarto no hotel, nossa porta da varanda não fechada e eles não tinham a chave (tiveram que trocar a fechadura), o vidro do box do chuveiro estava solto e em um dos dias o cartão do quarto parou de funcionar. São problemas que uma manutenção poderia ter solucionado antes, mas os funcionários nos ajudaram com agilidade.

O hotel está abandonado.
Conhecemos o hotel desde 2016 (quando o nome ainda era pérola praia), e está foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos lá. É muito triste ver o como o hotel ficou. A estrutura está absolutamente abandonada. Os quartos estão uma vergonha, a área da piscina foi transformada em um “bar” que fica aberto ao público e com música alta durante todo o dia. Se sua intenção for descansar, infelizmente não será possível (a música fica altíssima até por volta de 22h). O café da manhã está MUITO básico, com itens com cara de velhos e passados. A única coisa boa da experiência que tivemos foi o bom atendimento da equipe e a boa vontade dos funcionários. Ficamos no quarto 301 e saímos absolutamente frustrados e com a certeza de que neste hotel não voltaremos. Vou postar as fotos que tirei para verem que não estou exagerando.

Hotel bom porem deixou a desejar, outro hospede se equivocou e o cartão deu acesso ao meu quarto, começaram a bater na barede devido ao que acredito ser uma reforma as 08:30hrs da manhã, acredito que por ser tratar de um hotel isso poderia ser reorganizado para iniciar proximo ao horario do almoço, pensando que o pessoal que vai fazer checkout ja saiu e os do check in ainda não chegaram.

Pontos positivos : localização e atendimento. Pontos negativos: Cama de solteiro desconfortável, desnivelado e velha, não tinha estacionamento (em obras). Barulho execivo, música ao vivo, todo o final de semana. Limpeza não era boa, troca de toalhas não regular, Internet instavel, prateleira em cima da pia muito baixa(muito perigosa).

Gostamos do quarto, ateneu nossa solicitação de camas, vista do quarto muito boa. Hotel antigo precisandi de muita reforma. No hotel tem um restaurante na cobertura que atende ao público externo, os hóspedes e publico externo entravam pela mesma porta no hotel e ninguem sabia quem era hodpede e quem era de fora, uma bagunça, foi horrivel, não gostamos. Funcionários pouco solícitos. Café da manhã não gostamos, repetitivo e com poucas opções, muita mosca e insetos dentro pote do mel. Horrivel.

Hotel confortável,com uma boa localização, bom atendimento de todos os funcionários (bem simpáticos e prestativos), café da manhã bem variado, gostoso, algumas coisas ficam de um dia para o outro mais nada que chegue a ficar ruim. Quarto super confortável, espaçoso (fiquei numa suíte master), ar-condicionado funcionando bem, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso, televisão com diversos canais on-line, wi-fi funciona bem no quarto e nas áreas comuns, fica instável na cobertura onde funciona o restaurante e a piscina. Recomendo a estadia, ótimo custo beneficio. Numa próxima ida a RN pretendo me hospedar novamente.

Foi muito boa, funcionários simpáticos, quarto limpo e espaçoso , excelente localização, chegamos de madrugada e a recepção estava em funcionamento, café da manhã bom, teve um dia que o fotógrafo foi tirar umas fotos do hotel e nesse dia o café estava espetacular, mas nos outros dias baixou um pouco o padrão, uma sugestão seria manter esse mesmo padrão todos os dias! Área da piscina era uma delícia e com uma vista linda!
